We spent 2 weeks here and found the central location and easy access to the beach and local eateries excellent. The building management now charges you 100,000 VND to use the pool each time and the same for the gym (which is pitiful).

We’re a family with kids, and Huy’s place was a perfect match for us. There was plenty of space for our family. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, and each room has its own en suite bathroom. The cleanliness was good, and the room looked exactly like the photos. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay.

Beautiful place, that matches the cleanliness of a place you would call home. Just across the beach with lots going on. The host was very friendly and even bought a mop just because of my request. Can’t recommend enough!

This apartment worked well for our three week stay in Da Nang. It’s across the street from the beach and included weekly cleaning, which was very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the WiFi worked great. In short, just what we needed.

Check-in was smooth and pleasant. The host was easy to communicate with and always available. I asked about early check-in, and since the room was still being cleaned, the host kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at noon without any problem. Special thanks to the cleaner who carried our bags to the room—she was very helpful and greeted us warmly with a big smile, even though she was clearly busy.

I had a wonderful stay here! Huy was very accommodating and even helped recommend a private driver, which made getting around so much easier. The place was spotless, exactly as shown in the pictures, and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

You have access to the hotel facilities. Some come with a small charge. But, compared with the price you would pay for the same size room at the hotel; this is a very attractively priced option.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully designed and modern, with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The place was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials like sugar, salt, and cooking oil, which was a really nice touch. We also really appreciated the large containers of drinking water provided—so convenient and thoughtful!

The only bad thing is that the prices for food and drinks in the hotel are very high compared to everywhere else around including other hotels but this isn’t anything to do with the host who is very nice and accommodating.

Huy's apartment is modern and in a perfect location. Apartment is just like the photos. The lovely Hannah greeted us in the lobby making check in smooth and seamless which was much appreciated after a long flight. Hannah was very responsive providing local suggestions and attending to plumbing issues we had promptly attending to resolve it. I can't fault anything about our stay and already look forward to returning in the near future. I highly recommend. Thank you Huy and Hannah for a memorable stay

Great place to stay right on the middle of the center of the oceanfront activity. Clean and well managed team will always available to help. Appreciated the roof top infinity pool with 180 degrees ocean view ! Definitely come back for this beautiful place.

We stayed here for 16 days, chose these beautiful apartments for vacation. The apartment is even cozier in real life than in the photos, the bathroom in each bedroom is great, especially when you come back from the beach and immediately want to take a shower.

위치는 정말 좋습니다. 하지만 수영장과 세탁서비스가 유료라는건 미리 알았으면 더 좋았을것같습니다. 방청소는 이틀에 한번이라 이것도 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 전체적으로 방도 넓고 미케이치 바로 앞이라 너무 좋지만 가격대비는 조금 아쉽습니다. 그리고 비치에서 새벽에 파티를 많이해서 예민하신분들은 힘드실수 있습니다.

And Hannah's quick response was impressive. I had a few inquiries, but I was able to stay without any inconvenience because she always answered right away. Thanks to this thoughtful consideration, it was a more comfortable trip.
